Compared with traditional wine bar glass door, our glass doors are filled with 95-99% pure argon, to achieve better energy efficiency, and ensure the wine cooler cabinet inside is kept at a more constant temperature. 

Our glass door is free of condensation on glass and no moisture leakage into glass cavity.

Wine fridge/cooler glass door

The wine fridge requires more stable temperature inside cabinet and more stable insulation performance from the glass door, as 12-14 ℃ is the perfect temperature for preserving wines. When the wine storage temperatures rise off limit, wine begins to oxidize, and wine flavor will be spoiled.

Yet problems facing the wine glass door in long term is poor insulation performance caused by argon leakage and condensation into the glass hollow cavity incurred from moisture penetration. 

To overcome these problem, we imported flexible spacer insulated glass machine from Europe, and design a new generation of insulated glass for wine fridge. 

Our framed and framless glass door will have initial argon filling percentage test, with handheld Sparklike argon test device showing testing result between 95%-99%, while the industry only test whether argon is filled and don’t inform how much argon is charged actually.

In the long run, our flexible spacer glass could keep high argon over 90% for more than 10 years, with argon loss 0.002g/m2/24hours, while the traditional glass will have argon loss to 80% and become ineffective. 

Our glass is the only kind of glass door that passes EN-1279-2 Long term Moisture penetration test and EN-1279-3 Argon Gas rate and argon leak test.

The constant stable temperature and optimal humidity levels control of the glass door and wine refrigerator ensure your wine is safe from spoilage. Temperature fluctuation is eliminated by dual or triple-glazed doors.

Therefore, a fine tinted, UV filtered, argon charged glazed glass door will bring not only the aesthetic appearance to your wine cooler but also the fine flavour of the wine.
